Consumer Complaints

The 91黑料网 desires to resolve student grievances, complaints and concerns in an expeditious, fair and amicable manner. Complaints regarding any aspect of 91黑料网 operations should be filed internally to 91黑料网 authorities first and then, if necessary, to external authorities.

Non-Georgia Resident, Online-Only Complaint Resolution Process

91黑料网 follows the State Authorizations Reciprocity Agreements (SARA) complaints process. If the 91黑料网 complaint resolution is not satisfactory, an out-of-state student from another SARA state could then file a complaint with GA-SARA. The complaint would then be investigated and resolved by GA-SARA.
